How We Work
A process built to avoid the usual surprises
Abandoned sites, blown budgets, and contractors who go quiet — these usually trace back to a missing plan. Here's ours.
Inquiry & Site Visit
You reach out by WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form with what you're trying to do. For most projects, we follow up with a site visit — or a call if you're managing the project remotely.
Feasibility & Estimate
We assess what's realistic for the site and budget, estimate materials and cost, and lay out a timeline. This is where risks and constraints get flagged, before either side commits.
Proposal & Agreement
You get a clear, written scope of work — what's included, what it costs, and how payments are staged. Nothing starts until this is agreed.
Execution & Site Supervision
Work begins with AYCON site supervision and quality control at every stage — materials, workmanship, and progress checked against the agreed plan, not just at the end.
Handover & Aftercare
You get a walkthrough of the finished work before formal handover. For clients who need it, ongoing facility management keeps the building running well afterward.
Common Questions
Before you reach out
How do I get an estimate?
Reach out via WhatsApp or phone with a short description of the project (and photos, if you have them). We'll scope out whether a site visit or a call is the right next step.
Can you manage a project if I'm not in Nigeria?
Yes — this is common for us. Site supervision and regular updates are built into how we run projects, specifically so remote clients aren't left guessing about progress.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Simawa, Ogun State, and take on projects nationwide across Nigeria. Get in touch with your location and we'll confirm.
Do you handle small renovation jobs, or only full builds?
Both. Interior finishing, joinery, and structural repairs are as much a part of our work as full general contracting.
